Jon's primary focus is on the acquisition and disposition of multi-family property as an investment vehicle; however, Jon also has a broad background in retail tenant and landlord representation, and actively works with properties in those classes. In his capacity as a CCIM designee, Jon advises clients on buy/hold decisions across multiple asset classes, consults on retail redevelopment opportunities, and advises parking lot business operations, and he is eager and willing to discuss equity partnership opportunities within those asset classes.

Primarily focused on 4-20 unit MUL with a heavy emphasis on suburban market-rate properties.
Investment model calls for properties which have a softer cap rate but upside potential to the investor. I run all prospective properties through an initial screening to calculate Gross Rent Multiplier, Cash on Cash return, and rate of Capitalization in order to provide a potential Measure of Investment Performance to the client walking in to a deal.
Ideal investment model looks for multiple tenant Triple Net Strip/Convenience Center retail with a tenancy of 1,500-2,000 s/f per bay units and anchor tenant comprising not more than 50% of the center. 8,000 s/f to 25,000 s/f total GLA is the general target. Urban and suburban properties considered. Will also consider larger Neighborhood Centers under 50,000 s/f with specific criteria.
Jon actively seeks equity partners on long-term ground lease sites for build-to-suit developments.
Additionally, he is actively seeking other strategic equity partnership opportunities for long-term hold investments. Due to the nature of Jon's position in the market, he is able to conduct sales, management, advisory, and agency services while also acting as an equity partner.
